Having parotid surgery and finding the right surgeon to perform your procedure can be stressful. Worry over privacy need not be part of the experience. We have designed a program to facilitate your experience that will allow you to determine the best options available to you from the comfort of your home. The majority of paperwork, authorizations, and initial consultation can be done over the web, telephone, and fax. When it is time to meet with Dr. Osborne and Dr. Hamilton, this can be done in a "closed office" environment after-hours or on the weekends to accommodate your needs.

Local patients: When necessary in special cases, the doctors have made house-calls for the initial face-to-face consultation.

International Patients: For foreign heads-of-state and prominent political figures the doctors have, on several occasions, coordinated with local embassies and state hospitals to perform surgery in the dignitary's home country. This takes a minimum of 6-8 weeks to coordinate and Noelia Fedi, Patient Care Coordinator, should be informed of this request at the time of initial contact.

Physicians: Unfortunately, as physicians, we might find ourselves to be patients some day. We understand that having surgery can be very disruptive to your practice. Every effort is made to accommodate your schedule and expedite your return to work.
